June 28th, 2011 (Austin, Texas) -- W Films and LAS Productions are currently seeking subjects for an upcoming documentary that chronicles the personal stories of sexual abuse survivors.

The documentary's purpose is not to focus on the abuse, but the journey one endures when going from a victim mentality to living as a survivor. Your story, if chosen, will be used as contextual points to showcase your story, in your words. The documentary will not be exploitative in anyway, and if selected to participate, your voice, name and face may be obscured at your request.

If you are interested and would like to be part of the documentary, please fill out the questionnaire by clicking 'Apply'. If you are selected, additional information will be sent to you and a producer will contact you. At that time, you may be requested to submit photographs and/or video (webcam/dv) illustrating your identity to the producers. The producers and/or directors may also solicit childhood photos for inclusion in the documentary or material leading to the production of 'the documentary' and associated materials, as outlined on the official release form. A 'Release Form' will be signed prior to any recording or requests for material.
